09JUN10 - In preparation for the irrigation trenching, I needed to take down a medium-sized tree that has been slowly dying since we bought the place. That was an easy job but grinding the stump out, even with the decent grinder rental from Depot, was not..it kicked my butt yanking that thing up and down out of the ever-deepening hole. To add insult to injury, (and no pun intended,) while leaning over the darn thing I put my hand on the muffler cover and promptly burned a silver dollar-sized spot on the palm of my hand and left the skin behind to boot. |
