Anyway, today was a test run with a few burgers and after putting some pecan chips on the fire, the grill worked perfectly and the burgers were without question some of the best I've ever had. So tomorrow, I think we'll do a pork ribs test and use another nifty widget I'd never heard of either, rib racks, which allow you to stack the ribs vertically and not only get more on the grill but, keep them up in the air (and smoke). We'll see...
