31JUL11 - My good friend, Roque, who is a ramp agent in Harlingen, decided to drive up and spend a day with us this weekend and give me some tips on barbequing chicken. He even likes doing it so much that he offerred to do all the prep and chef duties so I didn't argue and as you can see, he definitely knows what he's doing. The chicken was scrumptious and the eight or ten eaters gave him a big round of applause. Hopefully, I can talk him into visiting again in the not too distant future.
