01OCT08 - This is the what the house water supply plumbing looked like after the softener project and fortunately, it rarely gets below freezing in South Texas. However, we have had a few cold snaps over the years that caused thousands of homes to have broken pipes. So, I am finally getting around to enclosing these copper pipes (and when I'm done, I'll do the same thing with the exposed water pipes for the outdoor shower.)
