(22AUG) Nelson finally managed to find some time to cut the doors down for the lower section of the humidor and here's the result.
The humidifier and auxilliary fan I installed seem to be doing a very good job of maintaining the correct humidity for the seegars now that the new doors are on. I ordered a remote monitoring thermometer/hygrometer rig that should arrive this week and that will not only alleviate the need to check the generic gauges inside the humidor on a daily basis but, it will also provide an alarm if the internal temp and/or humidity get above or below user-defined limits. |
