14JUN10 - Months of planning went into the final design and layout of the new system. Being on a well, the pump output had to be accurately determined in order to be able to calculate the maximum water rate for each zone. With that number in hand, pipe sizing and nozzle selection followed.

The result was inch and a half Schedule 40 pipe for the supply and one inch Class 200 for the zones. Hunter MP Rotator nozzles were used in all but zone 13 where the distance necessary exceeded the maximum radius of the largest MP Rotator. Sixteen turf zones in all using 135 heads with the landscaping zones to be designed and plumbed down the road.
